Miller County Open Records Requests

Anyone may request public records of Miller County under the Georgia Open Records Act (O.C.G.A. 50-18-70 et seq.). The county will respond within three business days of receiving your request.

Fees for search, retrieval, redaction and copies may apply under O.C.G.A. 50-18-71. If the estimated cost is more than $25, you will be told the estimate before work begins.
